Refund policy
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of skincare products. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so as long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can, however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us at glawesomeskincare@gmail.com. Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
